All FRÃNKISCHE Alpex system components have been DVGW-certified and perfectly matched. Alpex system components must not be mixed in installations with system component by third-party manufacturers. i.e Alpex pipe must not be installed with third party fittings and Alpex fittings must not be installed with third party pipes. Any claims based on the 10-year warranty certificate can only be asserted is only Alpex components were used in compound system during installations.

WARRANTY IS VOID WHERE PRODUCTS FROM OTHER MANUFACTURERS HAVE BEEN USED.
Claim Entitlement:
Only those contractors who have installed the products
Rights Excercised:
If its a FRÃNKISCHE manufacturing defect (error in product manufacture or assembly) or a design defect
Claim Period
Within ten (10) years from the original purchase date
First Action:
FRÃNKISCHE must be notified immediately
Obligations that FRÃNKISCHE will Assume:
FRÃNKISCHE will ship replacement products free of charge and FRÃNKISCHE will pay for any actual costs accrued by repairing the defect
Maximum Claim
EUR 5,200,000.00 for each claimant
